Is it possible to get my equipment for free?
You don't have to spend a lot of money to get your satellite equipment. With leasing options becoming more common, you may be able to get equipment the same way you would with your cable company.

Another option is to take advantage of special deals and rebates that a frequently available. These often allow you to receive multi-room steps at little or no cost to you. You'll often need to sign on for a 1 or 2 year equipment, but if you don't plan to switch services right away it can make equipment purchases easier.
