GENERAL INFO.
Can I jog or exercise with an MP3 player?
When portable CD players came out, they offered the option of taking your CD music with you like the Walkman did for tapes. The problem is, jogging or other types of exercise often made these units skip.

MP3 players don't have this problem. In fact, the solid state players can be shaken quite a bit and still not skip. Hard drive units aren't quite as immune to shaking, but most activities won't be a problem. Short of dropping the device, it should be able to take just about any shock or shake you put it through.
